Idaho’s Sunshine Laws
Under the Sunshine Laws for the State of Idaho, full names, addresses, occupations, and employers (if not retired or working) need to be submitted as part of a campaign finance report. Individual donations cannot exceed $1,000 for the primary election and $1,000 for the general election.

We need to collect donors’ full names and addresses. Donations are limited to $1,000 from individuals and other legal entities for each election (primary and general).
